Ordering

Orders placed on this site are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or phone call before production begins. Please make sure your contact number and address are correct. Custom labels in special sizes are priced by quote — we send you the price on WhatsApp or a call, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Payment

A Rs 300 advance is required for every order. After you place your order we contact you (WhatsApp or phone) to collect it, and the remaining amount is paid on delivery. If you prefer to pay in full up front, contact us on WhatsApp — our website does not have an online payment gateway.

Custom Design Orders

Since every sticker/label is custom-printed for you, we confirm the final design with you (via WhatsApp) before printing. Once you approve a design and printing begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days after your order is confirmed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the design you approved, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a reprint or refund.
